Biggests game of the season

Well the Blues play their biggest and potentially last game of the season tomorrow night at scott trade center... here is hopeing that they can pull of a win and come back to win the series, which is admittedly a long shot at this point but never loose the faith. Bull Shoals Lake

Site launch and updates

Well the new SML site has been up for about 3 weeks now and things are going pretty well. Most of the new URL's are not indexed by google and performing decently in search results. This transition period has been somewhat hard because our search results took such a beating (admittatly more than I exspected) but I am very happy with the transition process as a whole. We are getting rave reviews on the new site from friends, family, and customers. The bounce rate for the site was cut in half (actually more than in half!) this was very very exciting, espcially from the personal standpoint of people really likeing the design that I created (or appearing to anyway lol) All and all we have added 2 resorts on Lake Taneycomo, and 1 resort on Truman Lake to go with the resorts we already had on Bull Shoals Lake so that is great. All and all I would like it to be mooving faster however that is life, and once I graduate I will be able to devote much more time to the project as a whole so I anticapate (scratch that, I exspect and will get) many more resorts on the site and really get some publicity for the site as well.

News Anchor: Hey congressman, do you give the president’s policies credit for thawing markets and auto sales and student loans? What do you think about what the president said in his speech?

Ron Paul: Well, I don’t think a whole lot of it. I think we had a new deal and a fair deal, but I think this is going to be a bad deal and not help at all. But I don’t blame him for the problems, I blame him for the prolongation of this, because he was very explicit by saying that government shouldn’t cut back on spending. He wants to massively increase the spending. And therefore, he is going to prolong it.

But this was a long time in building. This took 25-30 years to build the bubble. And everything he talks about is re-inflating the bubble and buying up bad assets and then later on we’ll deal with discipline. But he had mentioned that individuals don’t want to spend money because they’re doing the correct thing. They’re cutting back, they’re saving. That’s what an individual is supposed to do.

Table Rock Lake:

Truman Lake:

Lake Wappapello:

Passed!!!

So I got my EMT results today and I passed!!! I am really excited, when I move back to STL after college I can now apply for jobs at an ambulance service which I am very excited about. I was pretty nervous for taking the test because I wasn't able to study as much as I wanted since I had several other tests and school assignments but I was able to study for 3 or 4 hrs. on Thursday and then study for 5 hours or so on Friday night which helped alot. I am really excited/glad to have passed and finally be finished with the class. I started the Class last November ish... I think, so it took quite some time to comlete but it was an amazing class/exsperience and I am so glad that I was able to pass! Oh and other news that is noteworthy is that I got an 86 on my written/take home section of my history test so that is totally money.

Blues Loss...

CHICAGO (AP) -After being badly outplayed and shut down in back-to-back losses, the Chicago Blackhawks turned the tables.

Nikolai Khabibulin made 16 saves, and Jonathan Toews, Samuel Pahlsson and Colin Fraser scored for the Blackhawks, who beat St. Louis 3-1 on Wednesday night and snapped the Blues' five-game winning streak.

The Blackhawks were in control throughout and moved within one point of clinching their first playoff berth since 2001-02 and their second in 11 seasons. Chicago also jumped one point ahead of Calgary and into fourth place in the Western Conference.

Khabibulin lost a bid for his second shutout when St. Louis' Jeff Woywitka scored a power-play goal with 1.5 seconds remaining. The Blackhawks, who lost 4-0 to Vancouver and 4-1 to Montreal in their previous two games, dominated and limited the Blues to their second-lowest shot output this season.

"St. Louis has checked hard against us all year," Toews said. "We went out there and took it to them

"That we dictated most of the game was good. We kept them away from our net and made our goaltender's job just a little bit easier, for once."

Chicago finished 2-2-2 against St. Louis this season and will play Friday at home against Nashville. If the Blues don't win at Detroit on Thursday, the Blackhawks will lock up a postseason spot.

"I wasn't aware of that," Chicago coach Joel Quenneville said. "We want to get fourth in the conference. That's the motivation for us.

"We had a good effort. A good start. We checked well, had support around the puck. We had the puck a lot and won some battles."

Well guess I will be taking my trip down to missouri bull shoals lake.

Blues vs. Blackhawks

Tonight the blues are playing the Chicago blackhawks in a very important game. The Blues currently occupy the last playoff spot and really need to win out to guarantee themselves a spot in the playoffs. The Blackhawks are a very good team led by patrick kane and jonathan towes.
